We have gated access to the property offering secured parking along with a EV charger station which is available.
The space
Our Bailey suite consists of a cladding building of approximately 300sqft. We have laminate flooring throughout. There is a kitchenette consisting of a fridge, microwave & toaster. The bathroom is tiled and provides a shower, WC and sink along with a chargeable toothbrush station. We also provide complementary wash products such as shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. There is remote controlled air conditioning unit which offer the option of both cold and warm temperatures. The is a king size bed with side tables with charging points for mobile devices. There are 2 wardrobes offering both long and short hanging options, with 3 drawers and a dressing table which also can be operated as a work station with Ethernet access. There is a 55” smart tv with access to Netflix, Amazon prime and any other streaming apps. There are 4 zones lighting areas located around which are all individually controlled. We provide free WiFi access for multiple devices. We also provide a fold out memory foam double mattress bed (ideal for young children).
